What should I include in a palm inquiry?
Send the project location, desired species, quantity, approximate trunk height and target timing. A planting plan or inspiration photo helps us understand the intended look.
Can you help with multiple palms?
Yes. Tell us the layout, number of palms and any matching requirements. We’ll discuss selection options, availability and the supply scope.
Is delivery and installation included?
The scope is confirmed for each project. Let us know whether you need supply only, delivery or installation so those requirements can be included in the conversation.
How do I get pricing?
Contact us with your requirements. Pricing depends on the selected palms, size, quantity, destination and scope. We confirm current options before a purchase is arranged.

Distinct character.
Medjool
Known for substantial stature, a full landscape presence and large, sweet fruit. Discuss the appropriate size and form for your climate and planting design.
Deglet Noor
A date palm associated with warm, dry growing regions, elegant fronds and firm, semi-dry fruit. An option for residential and larger landscape programs.
Zahidi
Valued for ornamental character and semi-dry dates, with a long history in arid growing regions. Site suitability and establishment care remain important.
Male date palms
Ask about male palms of the selected varieties. They can offer a substantial trunk and longer fronds, and may be considered as an alternative where a Canary Island date palm look is desired.

Our team brings 26 years of experience working directly with farmers and landowners in Thermal, California, and the Coachella Valley date-palm growing area. We do not own the farms or fields. We purchase palms through the grower relationships we have built over those years.
This hands-on approach to palm sourcing and supply lets us select for quality, offer a range of species and varieties, and seek competitive pricing for each project. We work with landscape architects, developers, contractors, homeowners and public-sector teams.
We carry workers’ compensation and business insurance.
Our palm supply history includes more than 500 palms shipped internationally, with destinations including the United Arab Emirates, Dubai and Saipan. Container planning, agricultural documentation, inspections and coordination with the receiver are part of the project discussion.
First-time clients are encouraged to arrange a field visit to review selected palms and see how tagging, preparation and handling are coordinated.

Know the scope
before harvest.
Palm pricing varies by variety, dimensions, quantity, season and current supply. Freight is priced separately according to destination, load and permitting requirements.
Payment terms are provided with each proposal.
Palms are selected and inspected for condition, root preparation and handling, with viable, field-prepared, healthy material at shipment. Confirm the written product assurance and receiving requirements with your order.
Clients coordinate site readiness and offloading capability. Plan for offloading and staging rather than planting directly from the delivery vehicle. Agricultural inspections, plant-health documents and destination requirements are coordinated for the actual route and shipment.

What pricing includes
Listed prices are for trees only. Applicable taxes, freight, logistics, required treatments, inspections, offloading, planting, permits and waiting or delay charges are additional unless expressly included in the written agreement.
Payment terms are provided with each proposal.
Agricultural requirements
Agricultural requirements vary by shipment origin and destination. Required treatments, documentation and inspections will be identified and coordinated before the purchase order or contract is finalized. Required inspections and clearance must occur at the time specified by the responsible agricultural authority, including before offloading or planting where required.
Delivery readiness
Offloading and planting are not included unless agreed in writing before delivery. Required clearances and agreed delivery conditions must be met before work proceeds.
Truck allowance
A 90-minute truck allowance applies. Waiting-time charges and any applicable carrier delay charges will be specified in the written delivery agreement.
